If you'd like to help make this conference an annual success, consider nominating yourself for a position on the Sanibel Leadership Association Board. Nominations may be of oneself or another person (please clear the nomination with the other person ahead of time).

Secretary
 

In accordance with its Bylaws, the Sanibel Leadership Association, Inc. invites nominations for the Board of Directors/Executive Committee position of Secretary.  The duties and responsibilities of the Secretary are as follows:

 

  • attend all Association meetings and record proceedings of same;

  • maintain a record of contact information of all members of the Board of Directors and of the Executive Committee including but not limited to postal address, email address, work and home telephone numbers;

  • record all amendments to the Bylaws; and

  • perform any other duty, as directed by the President or the Conference Chair.

 

Nominations and self-nominations are accepted. Nominations may only be made on this form.  This nomination form must be fully completed and submitted to the President by 2:00 p.m., Friday, June 20, 2014. 

Exhibitor Coordinator
 

In accordance with its Bylaws, the Sanibel Leadership Association, Inc. invites nominations for the Board of Directors/Executive Committee position of Exhibitor Coordinator.  The duties and responsibilities of the Exhibitor Coordinator are as follows:

  • work with resort to prepare the exhibitors’ display area;

  • oversee exhibitor table assignments;

  • facilitate exhibitors’ set up;

  • solicit sponsorships for Conference events;

  • assist with on-site registration needs; and

  • attend all Association meetings.

 

Nominations and self-nominations are accepted. Nominations may only be made on this form.  This nomination form must be fully completed and submitted to the President by 2:00 p.m., Friday, June 20, 2014. 

Resort Coordinator
 

In accordance with its Bylaws, the Sanibel Leadership Association, Inc. invites nominations for the Board of Directors/Executive Committee position of Resort Coordinator.  The duties and responsibilities of the Resort Coordinator are as follows:

  • attend all Association meetings

  • make arrangements for all lodging needs (for speakers and Executive Committee members) and all AV equipment rentals for the Conference;

  • order all meal functions and plan all menus;

  • work with the resort to plan Conference events (i.e., crab races, children’s activities); and

  • arrange for registration set up at the conference hotel
